Service Scope

VPNUrban provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management features, with coverage across 110+ countries / 170+ routes and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage plans, obtain clients and subscriptions through the panel, and connect to routes by following the client instructions.

Route coverage describes the available service options; it does not guarantee continuous access from every location or network, or to every destination website. Third-party website content, account eligibility, and regional rules are determined by their operators. A subscription to this service does not include authorization to use third-party websites or any membership benefits they offer.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations. Subscription links function as access credentials and should not be posted publicly or shared with others. If a leak or unusual connection is detected, change the password, reset the subscription, and describe the situation in a panel support ticket promptly.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for the account holder’s personal devices only; this does not permit account sharing among multiple people. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly sharing connection credentials, or presenting this service as network access for others is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets on the activation date each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, review the plan prices and traffic details. Subscription status can be checked in the panel; billing information must not be altered, and traffic accounting must not be interfered with.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their activities, as well as the terms of service of destination websites. This service is for lawful network access and data transmission only. It must not be used for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.

Using this service to conduct network attacks, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, or send intrusive messages is prohibited. Users must not impair shared routes or other users’ normal access through connection abuse, automated requests, or similar conduct. Bank-grade encryption protects data in transit but does not change users’ responsibility for their own actions, transmitted content, or device security.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, route maintenance, and the status of destination services. VPNUrban does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or continuous availability of any particular website. If an issue occurs, first check the local network and subscription status, then consult our troubleshooting guide.

Some routes may be changed or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, network faults, or other service-impacting events. VPNUrban will respond according to the nature of the issue and provide relevant information through site announcements or the panel. To the extent permitted by law, this service is not responsible for losses caused by changes to third-party websites or failures of user devices. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit users’ statutory rights.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is found to have been compromised, credentials publicly exposed, a subscription resold, or the service used in violation of acceptable-use requirements, VPNUrban may restrict related connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the risk. In the event of an urgent security risk, protective measures may be taken first, with the reason explained through the panel afterward.

Users who disagree with an action may submit a panel support ticket with a description of the issue, when it occurred, and necessary troubleshooting details. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment without giving a reason. See the Refund Policy for application details.

Changes to These Terms and Communications

VPNUrban may update these terms when service features, billing rules, or applicable laws change, and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes affecting users’ primary rights will be explained through a site announcement or panel notice, including how the changes apply; necessary notice will not be replaced by silent revisions.

If you have questions about an update, contact us through a panel support ticket before continuing to use the relevant features. An update does not affect statutory rights that arose before the update or retroactively change the terms of completed orders.
