Who the Service Is For
VPNUrban is a VPN subscription for everyday cross-border access. It’s designed for people who need to reach international websites, use AI tools, stream content or work across borders. International routes connect to network exit points in different regions, helping you choose a route based on the service you want to access. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported, with unlimited devices connected at the same time.
Before choosing a plan, check the regions you need, your devices and your data usage. Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB. For occasional use, see data packages that don’t expire and can be used until depleted. For full pricing and billing details, visit the Plans page.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on what you need to do; distance alone doesn’t determine speed. Check the region requirements of your destination service, then compare connection and loading performance across routes in that region. Access to streaming services and AI tools depends on actual results; availability isn’t guaranteed.
If something isn’t working, first check your local network, plan status and subscription updates. Then follow the steps in Troubleshooting. If the issue persists, contact support through your user dashboard and include your platform, route name, the time the issue occurred and any error message. Don’t send your password or full subscription link. The service offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
Privacy and Data Collection
Our privacy approach is based on no logs and minimal data collection. We don’t record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Account, order and support ticket information is used only to provide the service and resolve issues. Before sharing screenshots, hide account credentials and any information unrelated to troubleshooting.
Connections use bank-grade encryption, but encryption doesn’t replace good account security. Keep your password and subscription link safe. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.
